Basic process principle
As aterminal of closed loop cooling system equipment, main function of water distribution piping system is transferring constant cooling medium flow to each cooling unit according to specific split ratio to realize adequate heat exchange, the cooling units include water-cooled heat sinks, water-pressure resistance, and water-cooled reactor. Water distribution piping system will not only bear the transportation function of the cooling medium, at the same time as the device together with the cooling medium manifold insulator to ensure insulation and voltage balance between the pipes and devices, so it is important part of power electronic devices structural design and electrical design. Material, form and structure of the water connection seals can ensure efficient connection of devices and water pipes to prevent leakage of cooling medium in closed loop system and it can be used for long-term use under high-voltage environment.
