Application background
With the wind turbine power rises, MW wind turbine has been more widely used, and the converter and motor cooling method is also transition from the traditional air-cooled to water gradually. Guang Zhou Goaland Energy Conservation Tech Co., Ltd. has independently developed water wind turbine cooling system that adopts standard cabinet design, compact structure, fully consider of the installation and operational requirements (uncontrollable performance and randomness of the wind, wind turbine load fluctuations with the change of wind speed, all kinds of fan running load suffered ), to adapt to the effects of frequent cut in and cut out as well as vibration, it has the ability to run under cold, wind and environment for long-term. Meanwhile, the Goaland Company has also developed marine-type water cooling system to meet the cooling needs of offshore wind turbines.
The product achieves industrial quantities under staff's specialization, equipment immobilization and process standardization mode.

Manufacturing Process
Principle introduction
Cooling medium is filled in a completely closed cycle system, and driven by the main circulating pump to take heat out from the cooled part. Electric three-way valve can control cooling medium ratio that flows through air radiator according to coolant temperature. There is a voltage regulation system parallel with circulation line, it can maintain constant pressure in the cooling system and buffer cooling medium volume change of the water cooling system, and then ensure normal operation of the system.
